{OOC} Cultriphile (love of knives) or Cultrimaniac. While I was searching, I also found a word that could quite possibly describe me, graphomaniac. It means obsession with writing. {BIC} Kalista shrugged. "Go right ahead. I suppose that since you decided to tag along on my little taste of revenge it's only fair that you get a part in the action. She glanced down at the horde of magical weaponry clipped to her belt and grinned, picking up another small sphere. "And if you want a little extra fun, I've got tons of fun little magical explosives and such." With that, she tapped the raised star on the sphere and flung it randomly into the throng of evil phsycos. It exploded in a shower of sparks, which were icy cold and scalding hot at the same time. They seemed to be sucked towards the evil people, avoiding Kalista, Sorina, Lucian, Jace, and Amalia. "See? Fun." Jasper grit his teeth as some of the sparks hit him. "Stupid, insolent child. You made a mistake in coming here. "He lunged, baring his teeth and knocking her to the ground. With a malicious smile her rusted her arm awkwardly, wrenching it sharply the wrong way. Zathena smiled rather sweetly, staring at Sorina cautiously, her expression mildly interested, her stance deceivingly relaxed. Amalia took her spot beside Sorina, growling lowly, fur bristled and lips pulled back in a viscous snarl. With one quick movement, jace had grabbed Jasper by the throat. He threw him roughly into the wall and stood in a defensive posture, halfway hiding Kalista. "Move it bloodsucker." Kalista stood beside him defiantly. "I don't need protecting and especially not from you. Now, I need your opinion, stakes or another cute explosive?"

{Sorina} I raised one eyebrow. "I say both," I said mildly, smirking.

Kalista grinned, slipping a sphere from her pocket and a stake from her boot. She pressed the raised star and tossed both it and the stake with a flourish at Jasper. "I knew this would be fun!" She gave a sarcastic half smile.
Jasper darted out of the way, grabbing Kalista from behind and flinging her at the wall.
In a split second Jace caught Kalista and set her on her feet, then sprang at Jasper.
Zathena lightly tossed a ball of fire at Sorina, flinging a larger one at Amalia.
Kalista sighed in annoyance then tilted her head at Sorina. "Want any weapons?" She inquired, heading towards the fighting, grabbing her abandoned stake along the way and aiming for Jaspers head.

{Sorina} "That'd be terrific," I said coolly, and more than a little sarcastically. This was definitely the last time I left the house without my knife - it seemed like I was drawn to trouble and fights anymore than the average Amenian. I glanced around at the scene and suddenly noticed something. "Hey... what happened to Lucian?"

Kalista smirked, tossing Sorina the other stake. "I think Zathena likes these the best."
Jasper dodged, leaving Jace to land on the ground where he had been standing moments before. "Too slow."
"Not for me!" Kalista grinned wickedly, tossing the stake in the second that Jasper wasn't paying attention. "Ha."
Jace frowned, leapt to his feet, and walked to Kalista. "That's really not fair. You're getting all the good hits!"
"Aw, is the vampire jealous that the puny human is better than him? It's okay, some day you'll grow up to be just like me!" Kalista smirked, then turned her attention back Sorina's words. "Lucian? Erm.....last I checked he was with that crazy vampire chick Lacey." She frowned, searching the scene for the annoying werewolf.
Jace narrowed his eyes at Kalista, but said nothing.

{Sorina} "And now they're both gone. Odd..." I shrugged, dismissing it. I didn't really keep track of what Lucian was doing, even if I was stuck with him as a soulmate. If he got himself killed and dragged me down with him, I would be waiting for him in Hell - I really wasn't ready to die. Putting him and Lacey out of my mind, I shifted Kalista's stake and aimed carefully at Jasper, my eyes narrowing. For several seconds I was completely immobile, like a statue, not even bothering to breathe - as a vampire, I didn't need to, although I tended to anyway out of habit. Then I threw it, hard, putting all my strength behind it. It sank deep into his shoulder, and I smirked and looked towards Jace. "Who says she gets all the good hits?" I asked smugly.

Jace groaned. "Okay, so girls are getting the best shots. Shouldn't it be the other way around?"
"So your annoying and sexist? Geez, how bad can one vampire get?" Kalista muttered, keeping a close eye on Jasper.
"I didn't mean...! God, you're annoying Sunshine..." Jace muttered resentfully.
Kalista simply smirked.
Jasper stood, eyes narrowed in pure hate, pain lacing through his features. He yanked both stakes, tearing prices off of his shirt to form crude turniqets. In a bound he had Kalista pinned. "Ready to die darling?"
"I don't fear death." She spat back coldly, reaching to stab him. He moved nearly to fast to see and wrenched her arm to the side, sinking his fangs into her neck.
Zathena sprang at that second, barreling towards Sorina. Eclipse lunged at Amalia, landing on her back and sinking firey claws deep into her pelt.

{Sorina} I shrugged. "I don't fear death, either, although if Lucian gets both of us killed, I will await him in Hell," I muttered, and then I sprang forward, shoving Jasper back with all my strength. My bright green eyes narrowed and I shifted, preparing for a fight - perhaps it was odd that I knew how to, but most people who grew up here did.

Kalista lay there, slightly dazed. He hadn't had time to take very much blood, but it was enough to leave her feeling light headed.
Zathena smirked, changing direction and going for Kalista instead.
Jace leapt to intercept Zathena, smacking into her and sending them both to the ground. Baring his fangs, he kneed her sharply in the chest.
Jasper glared at Sorina, darting behind her and aiming a kick at the back of her knees. His eyes burned with hatred and thirst, and he continued to glance at Kalista.
She stood, pressing her fingers to the bite marks in her neck to stem the bloodflow. "Vampires obviously like my blood." She remarked coldly, retrieving her knife.

{Sorina} I fell to the ground and rolled quickly to minimize the impact, then got to my feet again, grimacing slightly. "Hey, they like mine too. Aren't we just lucky?" I found the fallen stake on the ground and quickly picked it up. After taking a minute or two to find my balance again, I threw it with all my vampire strength, aiming straight for Jasper's heart/

Jasper shifted almost imperceptibly, the stake piercing him in the stomach instead. His eyes widened slightly, the only indication of his pain as he reached to move the weapon.
Kalista sprang, fury and pain from all 17 years of her life pouring through her every move. She kicked him sharply, hooking her ankle around his neck and swing her leg to the ground. His head smacked against the concrete and Kalista was pinning him instantly. She glared down at him, shoving the stake deeper, raising her arm and preparing for the death blow. "Go to hell." She whispered, plunging the knife deep through his heart.
Jaspers eyes narrowed, his mouth opened to reply, when the metal peirced down. He shuddered, then grew still.
Kalista stood abruptly, her arms limp at her sides, her eyes blank, her expression unreadable. She simply stood there, staring down at her father, still as a statue.
Jace gave a sharp kick to Zathena's windpipe, knocking her out as Amaliatossed Eclipse against the wall, shifting back into human form. Her eyes narrowed, and she walked up to Jace, eyes fixed on Kalista.

{Sorina} I raised my eyebrows and padded over softly. I nudged the vampire carefully with my foot, then knelt beside him, scanning his motionless body. There was no point checking for a heartbeat, of course - there hadn't been one in the first place. I brushed my fingers against his skin lightly, then looked up at her. "I think he really might be dead," I murmured, impressed.

"That was the whole point of this suicidal mission, wasn't it? T come out here for the fin of it, although, I have to admit. It was entertaining." Kalista spoke drily, snapping out of her shock. Traces of it were still lingering in her eyes though.
"You're good Sunshine. I can't believe you actually killed a vampire." Jace said, a slight grudging impressed respect.
"Just remember that next time you annoy me, Jacey." Kalista smirked, knowing she had hit a nerve.
Jace glared warningly at her, sighing in annoyance as she ignored him and instead looked back Sorina.
"I think I'm a magnet for Vampires..." Kalista mused thoughtfully. "Sorina, Jace, Jasper, Rayne... Half of them want to suck my blood, one seems to have a disease in which he must annoy every person he meets to no end, and Sorina.... She's the only one I might actually like." She grinned.

{Sorina} I chuckled. "Well, I seem to be a magnet for werewolvs," I muttered. "My soulmate, my best friend... but then, my sister and I are both vampires, so I guess it's mixed for me.

OOC} I thought I'd try out first person. BIC} [Kalista] I smirked. "So, where exactly is Lucian? Should we go search for him?" Of course, I didn't really like the werewolf all that much, but....I figured I could at least try and help keep those I knew alive since they seemed so intent on doing so for me. Jace slipped in beside me, Amalia on my other side, in wolf form. With a half grin, half smirk, I reached down and scratched her behind the ears in an attempt to annoy her. As I did so, I pushed one thought loud and clear through my head. You make a simply adorable wolf, Lia. The low growl I got in response was satisfying and I crossed my arms.
