"Nineteen." He shrugged. "I'm a senior."

"Wow! I bet that grade is easier than others I suppose." I said marveling at his eyes. He probably didn't notice either. Though I wish he were taking this chance to gaze at mine. The guys that do you stare into them are just looking at there own reflections. A great way to start a relationship!!! I finally looked over a Dawn and Shadow. They looked so cute together, discussing over the menu. I wish I had someone to look cute with!

He shrugged. "Somewhat." Actually, very little wasn't easy for Lucian - partly because of his werewolf instincts, and partly becuase, even as a human, Lucian had always been smart. And powerful - luckily for Shadow. OOC}} Shadow and Lucian have such an interesting history

"It'll probably be easy for me. I'm REALLY smart." I said sort of cocky, not meaning to though. I hope he doesn't think I am now. A snob!!! If he thinks that I'm ruined for sure. "So is Sorina over here.", I said patting her shoulder.

Lucian grinned, his face reflecting none of his emotions - as always. He was perfectly charming, but also completely unreadable. "I'm sure you both are." "Show-off," Sorina muttered into her food. "I heard that." "Of course you did. You have werewolf instincts," she said, seething. "Well... yeah, actually. And how am I a show-off?" "All egotistical morons are." "I'm... not a moron." "Yeah, whatever."

OOC}} Sorina still won't be happy. She has close to the same opinion about Lucian as I have about Justin Bieber. (except Lucian really IS as hot everyone thinks he is! xD). BTW, OOC means out of character, and BIC means back in character.
BIC}} Sorina snorted in disgust and rose to her feet. It was as she did it that she realized again. None of her emotions tonight had been faked. Lucian had such a weird impression on her. He makes me feel strangely... alive, she realized. Ignites my flame of spirit. Still, all he makes me feel is hatred and supreme annoyance. So he can't be the one I've deeply sought since I was six... right? She frowned, recognizing even to herself the signs of denial, and sighed loudly, and plopped down again. She couldn't like Lucian. She just couldn't. Denial, a voice in her head - her conscience? - muttered. Shut up, she thought back, and then rolled her eyes. Oh, terrific. Now I have voices in my head. OOC}} Lol ;D. Anyways.... NEW CHARRIE!
BIC}} "What's wrong, Sorina Lettiere?" A soft, whispered voice - the voice of a child came from behind her. Sorina whirled, eyes widening, to see a serious young girl standing still as a statue. She was as small and dainty as Sorina's envisions of an angel, her blue eyes wide and innocent-looking. But Sorina was paranoid, especially when it came to supernatural creatures, and it only took her a minute to identify the girl as a vampire. She leaped to her feet, green eyes glittering warily. "Who are you?" "Oh, relax," the vampire girl said in her still childish voice, although she sounded condescending now. She traced a pattern on the back of one of the seats with one finger, her eyes riveted to it. "I did not come here to kill you, or any other human. I came looking for..." she looked around, a slight frown creasing her perfect round cheeks, then smoothing out and vanishing as she caught sight of the werewolf. "Hello, Lucian," she trilled. Lucian raised his eyebrows. "Who are you?" She smirked. "You don't remember me." She does seem familiar... Lucian shook his head to clear it. "Nope, sorry." The vampire girl smiled mysteriously. "Interesting..."

Shadow stood, "Hey little girl, Where's your mommy?"

"Oh, I believe she's dead." Liana smiled, flashing her vampire fangs. "No loss to me - or to the world."

Shadow smile started to fade. "Little girl, Don't go around a public place where humans shop and eat, Flashing off your fangs. Didn't your master teach you anything?"

She frowned. "He didn't teach me much. He vanished fairly quickly. I didn't kill, I swear. And anyway - " she shrugged and sat down in the booth next to Sorina, who quickly got up - "It isn't like they can't tell anyway, just by looking at me. If they can't, they're idiots. Then again, humans typically are. Don't you agree, Lucian?" He narrowed his eyes, his face unreadable. "What do you mean?" "I know you hate humans." She became preoccupied once more with the patterns in the tablecloth. "I know many things. I also know that you are not one of us vampires." A shadow passed over Lucian's still emotionless face. "As it so happens, little girl, I also hate vampires." "Noted," she said calmly, looking him straight in the face with her large blue eyes.

"Ah, just because I saved your life doesn't mean I don't hate you. I hate almost everything, little brother." He smirked.

Shadow was at a boiling point. "Did you like me before I changed? Or was it a game to you to, Like Our PARENTS that you KILLED."

Lucian looked slightly perturbed, although none of it was reflected in his voice. "Things... happened to me, after you disappeared," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "And not just the things that involved my transformation into a werewolf. Let's just say, I'm a little bit bitter." He shook his head. "Besides, I thought we agreed that those child-torturing freaks deserved to die. My only regret is that I didn't kill them much more slowly." His eyes were lighting up with rage; the onyx necklace around his neck was the only thing keeping him in human form. His hand drifted to it, tightening with the urge to snap it off, to release all his violent anger into his true form and rip something apart. The anger shocked him; he was usually calm. Cold, even. Emotionless. It's that stupid girl, he thought. Sorina. She makes me... emotional.
