I grinned, waving at the cat. Hi, I'm Tatiana! I whistled a high, sharp note and tossed an exploding ball high into the air, it burst open in a flash of bright green light high above the tree line before raining down a handful of ash. About a minute later, a red hawk soared into view, alighting on a jagged boulder. Was the explosion necessary? The bird settled down, fixing me in it's eyes. other than the fun of dramatics? Nope! I grinned, then looked at Amber, eyes sparkling. "I am going to find out who those witches I keep seeing are while we're here." Pursing my lips, I focused on the vision, who the figures were slowly becoming clearer as my power strengthened within me. "Okay, so one of them is definatly me...and another resembles...." I trailed off, concentrating. "Liz....and...." The other auras were harder to easily define, but they seemed relativly familliar....

Ruby glanced at me imploringly. You can't eat it, I said firmly, already knowing what she wanted even without the mind connection. She huffed. But it's a bird. And I'm a cat. It's the natural order of things. But you're both magical, and therefore not natural, and you can't eat Tati's daemon, I told her firmly. She rolled her eyes, sat down, and wrapped her tail around her paws primly. I refocused my attention to Tati. "Um... what other witches do we know?" I asked curiously.

{OOC} XD, "You can't eat it." "But it's a bird. And I'm a cat. It's the natural order of things." lol. {BIC} "Personally, I only know you and Cassie....." I trailed off, suddenly feeling the missing price click into place. I took a few extra moments to match the auras together, as a precaution, then stood, pacing agitatedly in a looping circle around Sapphire, Amber, and Ruby. "You don't know anyone else, do you?" I think we both know that you're already spot on. No need to get evidence. Sapphire commented drily, her thoughts skirting the edges of my mind, unusually so, as her thoughts were usually my main focus. Oh? And why is that? There was my snappy side showing through, I was getting impatient. Must I explain everything? Amber and you wouldn't know anything. I'd be asking the questions to the person who made you wear the ring that blocked your power. Sapphire began to preen her feathers disinterestedly, leaving me to mull over her words. "Wait, Amber....I think something is going on....if I'm right, which is much more likely than me being wrong, given the circumstances, our sisters might be hiding something. I mean, they make us wear rings to control our powers, which coincedentially prevents me from using my phsychic powers and finding out about the four witches, isn't that a bit suspicious?" I stopped in front of her, Sapphire taking a spot on my shoulder, evidently bored with her boulder. hello, kitty. The hawk tilted her head at the white cat.

Ruby bared her teeth. Don't press me, fresh-kill. Chill, I told her irritably. Why was it that I acted towards Ruby like my sister acted towards me? I shook my head and then slowly smirked at Tati. "Well, I know one thing. It's time for me to have a long conversation with Casise..."

"Let's corner them after school." I grinned, my excitement causing a bunch of grass to grow around me feet, speckled with a bunch of tiny white flowers. Yeah, cool it, kitty. She chuckled, lightly flying in circles above us.

"Sounds great." I grinned back. Ruby hissed and unsheathed her claws. Her green eyes sparkled brightly with fury, and she looked up at me. PLEASE, may I eat her?

"Well, that aside, why don't we experiment with our powers?" I tilted my head, the normal michevioud and playful gleam returning to my eyes. "I wonder if we can do more than we know? Like control the weather or turn into animals?" You can't eat me. Sapphire soared higher, then dive-bombed, swooping low and flashing in front of Ruby before arcing up again. Quit it, Sapphire! I closed my eyes for a few minutes in exasperation. She wants to EAT me! I don't care! If you stopped teasing her, she might not want to! I refocused on Amber, figuring I'd given Sapphire fair warning. If she got on the other dæmon's bad side, it was her own problem.

I grinned and, without saying another word, starting to build up a ball of fire between my hands. I concentrated on it until it grew, and then I held out my hand and released it. It blasted into a tree and caused a small explosion; I jumped back, my eyes widening from shock. "Uh... oops..." I said, dumbfounded. {{OOC: Lol in one scene when Amber and Cassie were gonna rescue some girl, Cassie told her to cause a minor distraction while she got the girl out, so she blew up something next to the house where she was imprisoned}}
{Ruby} I slipped into a hunting crouch and remained absolutely still, waiting for the bird to fly back down. Amber was no longer paying any attention to me, and I was annoyed. And kind of hungry.

I stared in surprise at the tree for a moment, then smirked. Stepping lightly across the charred remains of the plant life that had once stood within a 5 meter radius of the tree. I grinned and plants exploded out of the ground around me. The spot where the exploded tree had just stood was occupied by a giant of an oak tree, it stood at least several feet above all the others around it. I coughed. "Well then..." I looked at her and grinned brightly. "I guess if you destroy anything, I can make it grow back!" After a few moments, I crossed my arms and poured slightly. "But I don't see what I can do that's destructive...." I thought hard, pursing my lips, then brightened. "I know!" I lifted my arms, focusing on a boulder, figuring that since it came from the earth....It lifted, and with the slightest twitch of a finger, I flung it at a tree, gouging a hole in its trunk. I cleared my throat and turned back to Amber sheepishly. "Nevermind." As I spoke, Sapphire lunged at the cat again.

{Amber} My eyes grew wide. "Wow, I said softly. Who knew we were both so powerful? I smirked and held out my hands, palms forward, and fire started to glow into existence again.
{Ruby} I briefly crouched even lower, then sprang, bringing the offensive bird to the ground. I hissed triumphantly. Who wins now?
{Amber} With a sigh, I turned my fire on my daemon, blasting her backwards and off of Sapphire. She yowled in surprise, but quickly healed - she was a witch's creature, after all. Even so, she was extraordinarily ticked as she rolled to her feet. She practically caught me on fire with the fury in her eyes alone. What was that for? she demanded. I shrugged. I warned you.

I leapt onto a boulder, trying to get a better view of the area, when I saw Sapphire dart down again, picking up Ruby, and soaring about a hundred feet up. Not you. Sapphire snickered. I decided to experiment some more, and lifted the rock I was standing on, nearly losing my balance. Pressing my lips tightly together, I concentrated hard, lifting the boulder was difficult after about ten feet, but I managed to get up to about 90. I moved one hand, my perch wobbling for a moment, then flung it at Sapphire. A vine shot towards the dæmons, wrapping around them both. Then I lowered the rock. Actually, my concentration slipped and I fell the first 85 or so feet, only catching myself the last five feet and lowering shakily. I leapt from the rock, grabbed Sapphire, let Ruby go and then let Sapphire go. But she attacked me! And you provoked her. Now, stop, or I'll wrap you up in vines for the next few hours. I smirked and looked at Amber. "Sorry about that....guess they don't like each other." Sapphire glared menacingly at me. Stop talking about me like I'm some brainless, inferior, PET. She spat the last words with disgust and landed on a tree branch. I ignored her. "So, Amber, do you think you could use your powers to help you fly? Like how fire shoots out of a rocket to propel it up?"

"Possibly..." I tilted my head, considering the idea, but before I could give real thought to it, I saw students start to stream out of the school. "Uh-oh..." I grinned mischievously. "We better corner them before it's too late.

I nodded, pulling my rings from my pockets and staring at them thoughtfully. After a few moments, I stuck them back into my pocket. "C'mon. Let's go get some answers!" Grinning, I skipped off, almost running straight into Liz at the door. "Hello, Liz! When were 'ya planning on telling us?" Her eyes narrowed, then widened, then narrowed again. "Ditching school? Destroying a perfectly good clearing? Defying us? You two have broken near every rule in the book today, Tatiana." She spoke cooly, and the fact that she used my full name stung a little. "You even took off your rings." "And found out all your lies!" I spat sharply. "Tell us what's going on!"

{Cassie} I padded out a little behind Liz, and froze the instant I saw the two of them. "Oh, God..." I muttered.
{Amber} My eyes narrowed. "Yeah, that's right, you're screwed," I said in a voice that, for me, was surprisingly calm. "What's going on, sis?"

Liz simply glared at me, lips pressed into a tight line. "Liz, I swear, if you do not shed light on the situation, I will burn all of your precious books. With Amber's help of course." I snuck a quick glance to Amber, the slightest of smirks curving the corners of my mouth a fraction.
{Liz} I sent a quick mental question to Cassie. Do you want them to know? I mean, we are, in Amber's words, screwed either way, but I figured I'd get your opinion first. I studied both Amber and Tatiana closely, sensing the strength of their powers, unbridled by the rings, which, I noted sourly, were still off. Though they did have some- as limited and frail as it was -sort of control over them now. I wondered, slightly amused, how long it might last, making a mental notes I took in their thoughts and actions. They were not just some crazy, hyped up kids, there was strength in them too. A lot more than I had imagined. I processed this information and stored it for later use in a matter of seconds, waiting for a response from Cassi before I spoke.
