I was dressing normal again, but my life was definitely abnormal. I felt strange inside like on the first day of school when I met Lucian. The feeling was just a little stronger though. I walked into the doors and saw my friends not to far away. I ran to them so fast that I tripped. I should have hit the floor, but I was still barely standing. It was as if the world had froze around me. I suddenly felt the cool grip around my arm. I opened my eyes to see a magnificently beautiful boy standing in front of me. I stood myself back up. "Um....thanks.", I said and he winked and walked off. I kept on walking to my friends still dazed. "Hi guys!" I said still smiling. Attachments:

"Of course not!" I said laughing I couldn't stop being happy right now. "You would not belive how cute the..." I stopped not being able to finish my sentence, because next to Shadow was that guy. I didn't notice him until now. "Who's your friend, Shadow?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

Shadow grinned, padding over as softly as he always did. "This is my friend, Kierlan."
Kierlan smirked and waved casually. Sorina rolled her eyes and turned away to get something out of her locker (OOC|| Super hot over confident guys really aren't her thing lol). Lucian just smirked and padded off, muttering something about the ridiculous amount of "bloodsuckers".

"Hi Kierlan I'm Crystal." I said shaking his hand staring into his eyes. No such luck with that. His eyes were as dark and cold as Lucian's. I was wondering what was up with Lucian and Sorina. Why did they not want to talk to him? Then I looked at his smile. Then I saw the fangs, and I gasped. I didn't want to admit it but I was actually falling for a vampire. This life is so unfair!

I rolled my eyes but I was still smiling at him. I could see past that conceited comment. He seemed to like me in a way that Lucian didn't. I so did hope that he liked me back. So I did what I do best, I flirt. I smiled my cute and adorable smile, and batted my lashes at him. "Are you busy tonight?"

He raised his eyebrows, a slight smirk gracing his features. "Well, I don't believe so." His blue eyes, although as unreadable as Lucian's, had an odd lively sparkle to them.
Sorina rolled her eyes, resisting the urge to slam her locker and attract the attention of everyone in the hallway. First she goes for a conceited werewolf. Then she goes for a conceited vampire. What is it with this girl? She padded over to them, shifting the bag on her shoulder into a more comfortable position. She gave Kierlan one cold look, then smirked at Crystal. "I've got class. Try not to commit suicide till I get back, 'kay?"
As she strode away, Kierlan raised one eyebrow. "And what does she mean by that?"

I rolled my eyes at her. "She's upset from the fact that I almost gave up my life to a physco vampire yesterday to save her. She's probably also mad at the fact that I like you. She has a tendancy to judge who I like. My life is so complicated." I said still smiling but felt like I would normaly be sighing. I wonder if he could tell if I wasn't human? Most vampires could tell easily, but Kierlan seemed different. I wanted him to think I was at least somewhat normal, but my life is anything but. He'll have to find out eventually.

He grinned, setting off that odd twinkle in his eyes. "I'm sure she'll get over it. After all, she deals with Lucian every day, and we seem similar... well, at least in some ways."

He made me blush for no particular reason. He was someone I never dreamed of liking and the crazy thing is that he likes me back!! "You can tell I'm not normal like her right? I mean you seem to be smarter than Lucian." I eyed him carefully raising my brows in question and curiosity but still smiling. He had to be smart enough to tell what I was aiming at.

"Yeah and what's bad is my lack of coordination which you found that out earlier. I'll catch you later 'kay? We can meet at my house. I have to watch my sister, but she'll probably stay in her room the whole time anyways." I turned heading off to class. I'll say that she's my sister for now. I know that he'll understand when I decide to tell him. I looked back and waved making it look almost as if I was moving in slow motion to make him think he was losing it. It's easy to do that to human, but I had to try hard to trick a vampire. I think it pulled off though because when I walked into the classroom I heard a hard thud against the lockers and I smirked. I don't care what Sorina thinks. He's perfect for me.

{After Class} Time for lunch. My stomach turned when I thought of cafeteria food. "Hey guys, why don't we eat out for lunch? I can't stand the food here and if I have to eat another salad I'm going to become nothing but a stick!" I groaned not laughing this time. I stared at Lucian telling him that he better ride with us because I'm not walking! He wasn't going to mess with me, or leave because of Kierlan either. I narrowed my eyes shaking my head. "So who's going to drive?" I asked though Shadow typically was the one who would. We all had our liscenses it's just some of us don't drive for our typical transportation.

Sorina smirked, then mentally chastised herself. That had to be about the fifth time she'd done that in the past two hours. "I'm with you on that one," she agreed. "School food - blech. Although, I suppose you eventually get used to it. It destroys your tastebuds and then you can't taste the flavor as much." She blinked, realizing suddenly that she was in a really good mood since - well, since before she could remember. For the majority of her life she'd faked all her emotions, then Lucian appeared and made her thaw out, and then she was always scared, sad, or angry - or, more often than not, a combination of the three. But lately it felt like everything was as it should be, and all she felt was vague annoyance regarding Lucian and Kierlan.
Lucian's cocky grin jerked her out of her thoughts as he said, "Look, if I'm relying on vehicles for transport, I'm driving. It's just the way it works."
"Typical," she muttered, although she was pretty much used to little comments like that by now. "Shadow, Dawn, you guys coming?"
Dawn snorted. "What, and pass up the chance to eat something that tastes decent for once? You must not know me at all, sis." Shadow grinned - apparently he was in as good a mood as her today. "I'm with her."
